Depreciation Method: Straight-line depreciation is applied. Lifespan is based on the itemized table in the Settlement of Consumer Disputes.
Depreciation is calculated as (years used ÷ expected lifespan) × purchase price.
HEART Service is not counted toward repair history.
Service requests based on customer preference or dissatisfaction (when there is no performance defect) are not counted toward total repair history.
For rental customers, once the full contract period specified in the agreement has ended, ownership transfer may be selected.
